An inspirational speaker, trainer, radio broadcaster, and published author, her first book Always Try Just One More Time released in 2005 was followed by The Power is Within You: Always Stay Motivated along with several inspirational pocket guides.
Her radio show, Encouraging and Joyful Moments with Della, on Joy 910FM inspired many listeners. She has a radio Announcer Diploma from Columbia School of Broadcasting, several technical certifications, and is a Certified Ziglar True Performance trainer and keynote speaker.
Her early life challenges as a young single mother gave her the fuel she needed to journey on as an entrepreneur, community advocate, and dispenser of hope. With years of unique experience volunteering with youth foundations, training youth, and her experience in the business world for over 20 years, she encourages individuals to stop wallowing in self-pity which leads to nothingness, and instead apply self-discipline which leads to accomplishments. The fire behind her passion for personal development makes her story one to be heard.

I am a believer that life was never meant to be a struggle!
I believe we will accomplish God’s purpose for our life if we apply the same principles applied during our 12 years (or more) of obtaining our education. In school we had lessons (curriculum) to learn, once we demonstrated that we learned the current curriculum we advanced to the next level. Life is the same.
When we learn and live by principles life aims to teach us, we will move on and fulfill God’s higher purpose in our life.
